AARON WILLIAMS
"I bring raw honesty, emotional depth, and practical strategies that help people connect with themselves, their relationships, and their purpose."
Aaron Williams is a Associate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Certificate in Sex Therapist, Mentor, and Speaker whose greatest success begins at home. Born and raised in Chicago, Aaron is a proud husband and devoted father of three. He and his wife have built a life rooted in love, healing, and service — a foundation that fuels his mission to help individuals and organizations grow stronger by starting within.
While Aaron has worn many hats throughout his career — from First Responder to Mental Health Director of a Non-Profit and Marriage and Family Therapist — his deepest pride is his role as a husband and father. When he’s not on stage or in session, you can find him bonding with his kids, spending time with his wife, or creating an environment at home that allows him to recharge, grow, and develop. For Aaron, success isn’t just what you accomplish in the world — it’s how you fulfill your purpose in life.
Marriage and family therapist
Aaron holds a Master’s degree in Couple and Family Therapy with a Certificate in Sex Therapy from Adler University, a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Eastern Illinois University. He brings a systemic, collaborative approach to therapy — helping couples, families, and individuals navigate challenges like trauma, communication breakdowns, depression, and life transitions.
His work is grounded in the belief that healthy relationships create a ripple effect that strengthens families, workplaces, and communities. Aaron creates a safe, affirming space where clients can heal, grow, and build the skills they need to sustain meaningful connection.

Mental Health Director
For nearly a decade, Aaron has been a dedicated mentor through CHAMPS Male Mentoring, a mentorship program that supports young men across Chicago. His role as the Mental Health Director is rooted in Education, Empowerment, and Exposure — meeting youth where they are and guiding them toward where they’re meant to be.
Aaron uses his lived experience and clinical training to mentor the next generation with compassion and truth. Whether he’s helping teens process emotions, manage conflict, or find their voice, Aaron is committed to building strong young leaders who will impact their families and communities for generations to come.
